Platinum Membership FAQs
Platinum is the top level of Loyal American, offering the earliest access to every drop, voting rights, exclusive product variants, and the highest level of discounts. Access is structured through timed windows, with higher tiers entering releases before others.
Platinum members receive access 120 hours (5 days) before Gold members, giving them the earliest access window across all membership levels. All product releases are limited in quantity and made available on a first come, first served basis.
Platinum includes founding tier status and a framed founding certification, along with more frequent access to exclusive product variants not consistently available to other membership levels.
Platinum members receive the earliest access window to each release, entering before all other membership levels. This earlier access may provide more time to purchase before products become available to others, but all items are limited and availability is not guaranteed.
All memberships are secured as a 12-month term billed monthly. Membership provides access to the Club and its product releases for the duration of the term.
