Cancellation Policy

Membership runs in 12-month terms, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time - no fees, no penalties, no questions.

How to cancel: Log into your account and manage your subscription, or email info@loyalamericanclub.com and we'll process it within 2 business days.

What happens when you cancel: No further charges after cancellation. Your access, member benefits, and drop eligibility continue through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then end.

Refunds: Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, since they cover access you've already had. If we've billed you in error, or you cancel within 48 hours of your first signup, email us and we'll refund it.

Rejoining: You can rejoin anytime at the current rate, subject to availability. Founding status belongs to the founding window and does not return with a new membership."

All products are released in limited quantities and are available on a first come, first served basis.

Membership grants access to participate in releases, not ownership or reservation of any product. The Club does not guarantee availability, future releases, or specific product types.

Products are intended for personal ownership. The Club does not control or guarantee resale activity or the future value of any item.

Membership fees are for access to the Club and are not contingent on securing any specific product. The Club reserves the right to modify releases, products, or membership benefits at any time.
